Tournament Series Details
The Monthly Tournament Series is a 2-person Team Event, with a mix of Scramble and Best Ball formats with daily and season prizes.
With events being held at all 4 Meck County Golf Courses, you can pick and choose which events you play in.
For Rewards Members, you can earn points for every event you play in.
Must have verifiable VALID handicap with USGA GHIN System to be eligible for points race and prizes.

When & How can I register to Play in an Event?
- Online Event Registration opens 4 weeks prior to each Event.
- Tournament Fees must be paid in full at time of registration. Fees are PER PERSON.
- Must have verifiable VALID handicap with USGA GHIN System to be eligible for points race and prizes.
What can I win by playing in an event?
- Prizes will be awarded to winners based on Low Gross, Low Net, Closest to the Pins and Longest Putts
- Low Gross, Low Net, CTP & Longest Putt Winners will receive gift cards.
- Each 18-hole Event will have a $2,400 Gift Card Payout Pot (assumes full event; $2,400 in gift card payouts will vary at Sunset and Sifford based on lower entry fee).

- 4th - $150
- 5th - $100
- 6th -10th - $80
- 11th-20th - $60
- Closest to Pin - 4 @ $60
- Longest Putt - 2 @ $60
- All prizes listed above are based on a full field event, and will adjust accordingly based on the entrants.
- Placement Prizes are Team Prizes and CTP & Longest Putt Prizes are Individual Prizes.
How are the Season Long winners determined and what are the prizes?
- At each event, you can receive points if you finish in the top 10 (Your team receives 25 points for entering if you don't place), broken down as follows:
- 1st Place - 500
- 2nd Place - 300
- 3rd Place - 190
- 4th Place - 135
- 5th Place - 110
- 6th Place -100
- 7th Place - 90
- 8th Place - 85
- 9th Place - 80
- 10th Place - 75
- All Others - 25
- Top 30 and Ties in Season Points will advance to the Tour Championship at Harry Jones on October 11, 2025
- Season Long Points Race pot will vary based on participation and will be split amongst all
teams that qualify for the Tour Championship (Top 30 incl. ties). - Point Values are strictly for tournament standings, they are not loyalty points and are not redeemable in the pro shop

What is the cancellation/rain policy?
- No refunds within 72 hours of the tournament date.
- Rain outs / Inclement Weather :
- Unless the course is closed by management, we will make every effort to get the event in on the day its scheduled.
- If the event is completely canceled, we will issue a gift card refund.

- Tour Championship on October 11, 2025 will be for the Top 30 teams in Points Standings and will be 9 holes of Best Ball and 9 holes of Scramble.
